Recently I have been listening to www.last.fm. Its not an internet radio station as such, but more like a public music library. You download a program which records what you listen to, and this information is used to build a musical picture of you. You can also search for users who have a similar taste to you and see what they're listening to. The music you listen to has been uploaded by everyone, though you can't actually download it (obviously).
