12-06-2004 - VAG Action Day - Castle Combe
Another great day at castle combe. The new format of this day (now headed by Golf magazine I think) was good. It differed from the previous action days by having time-slotted track sessions. It seamed to work well as the queues for the track were kept to a minimum. For a VAG action day, there were very few VWs on the track. You would have thought that there would be more Mk1 and Mk2 golf owners wanting to take their car out on the track! Never mind, I had fun! Here are some pictures:

This is a bi-yearly even organised by Car & Car Conversions magazine, held at Castle Combe circuit in Wiltshire, UK. This year it looks like Car & Car Conversions magazine are no longer organising it, although it looks to be going ahead still under another name.
